Have a project that needs production support?
Maybe you don’t have the right equipment. Or, you have the equipment, but you don’t have enough staff or time. Regardless the reason, JDS has experienced professionals who are ready to help you say “Yes” to new business and hit tight deadlines.
Production capabilities built around your project.
Whether you need a one-off sample, custom-cut components, decorated products, or ready-to-install signage, JDS can help move your project from file to finished piece.
Laser Services
Lasering creates precise details for engraving, marking, and selected cutting applications. It can be used for logos, text, intricate graphics, and shaped components on compatible materials. The JDS team will review your artwork and substrate to determine the right settings and whether the project can be reproduced consistently.
Direct Color Print
Direct color printing brings vibrant, full-color logos, photos, and custom designs to a wide variety of products. UV printing works on many flat substrates and drinkware, including Polar Camel™, Laserable Leatherette®, glass, crystal, acrylic, wood, and plastic. Ideal for personalized gifts, awards, and promotional products, direct color printing delivers sharp details and eye-catching results.
Sign & Graphics Printing
JDS can print, cut, and laminate digital-print vinyl for vehicle graphics and full wraps, windows, walls, floors, point-of-purchase displays, and stickers. Cut vinyl can be weeded and masked for installation. Banner printing is also available with grommet and banner-stand options.
Sublimation
Bring full-color artwork to compatible coated hard goods and polyester fabrics through heat-applied sublimation. It is a strong fit for personalized drinkware, photo products, apparel, awards, signage, and promotional pieces where vivid color and durable decoration matter. Tell us the JDS product you want along with the quantity you need. Send your artwork and our team will confirm compatibility.
UV-DTF Printing
Add vibrant, full-color graphics to compatible hard and textured surfaces such as tumblers, drinkware, promotional products, signs, glass, and acrylic—without adding UV printing equipment to your shop. JDS produces the transfer so you can focus on placement, application, and selling the finished product. Build a UV-DTF gang sheet online.
DTF Printing
Order full-color custom DTF transfers for T-shirts, hoodies, totes, hats, and other fabric products without bringing another printing process in-house. JDS produces the transfers; you handle the final application. Use the online builder to upload artwork, arrange a gang sheet, review pricing, and order through your JDS account. CNC Router
Custom shapes can be cut from metal, plastic, hardwood, or FRP sheetstock carried in the JDS catalog. Send your quote request and artwork to art@jdsindustries.com. Certain production parameters apply; our Custom Order Specialists will help determine feasibility.
Rotary Engraving
Rotary engraving uses a precision cutting tool to create permanent lettering, logos, and designs on materials such as brass, aluminum, and engravable plastics. Ideal for nameplates, plaque plates, awards, identification tags, and signage, this process produces clean, durable results. Layered engraving plastics also offer contrasting colors for easy-to-read text and graphics.
Sandcarving
Create a dimensional, etched appearance on compatible glass, crystal, stone, and other substrates. Sandcarving is a strong option for awards, recognition pieces, décor, and premium personalization when added depth and a frosted finish are desired. Artwork should be clean, production-ready, and appropriate for masking.
Custom Cutting
Need materials cut to specific dimensions or finished with custom details? JDS offers custom cutting services for straight cuts, rounded or notched corners, holes, and other basic modifications. Requests are evaluated based on material, dimensions, quantity, and finishing requirements, with feasibility confirmed during quoting.
